Joseph Almonte has over 24 years of work experience in sales and channel development. Joseph began their career in 1996 as a Channels Manager at IBM, where they developed relationships with current and prospective partner C-level executives and leveraged IBM product portfolio for growth. Joseph then became a Client Executive in the Energy & Utilities Industry for the Northeast Region in IBM, where they were responsible for all IBM offerings to Energy & Utility companies in New England and initiated value-added agreements with this Enterprise customer set. In 2013, they became the Managed Services Sales Leader at Lighthouse Computer Services, where they initiated, developed, and launched the Agent Managed Services program and drove growth from $0 to $5M. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Channel Development Manager at ConnectWise, where they drove new MSP lines of business through their Partners from the VAR, Telco/VoIP, and Office Technology industries. In 2020, they became the Senior Account Executive at IOTAP Inc. and the Sales Director at Work 365, where they are helping to add value to the business of even more partners with a focus on scaling the Work 365 business.

Joseph Almonte earned their B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island College of Business. In 2000, they obtained a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Executive Education. In February 2019, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
