Victoria Vassileva

Victoria Vassileva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and public speaking, currently serving as Senior Account Director for AI/ML Performance & Responsibility at Arthur since April 2020. Victoria’s role involves ensuring the safe and fair deployment of machine learning across industries through real-time model monitoring. Additionally, Victoria is involved with various initiatives including the Next NYC Network at Work-Bench, serving as an Angel Investor at Merit to support under-networked tech workers, and participating as a public speaker with Badassery to enrich cultural conversations. Previous roles include key positions in sales and strategy at Phunware, Sanders\Wingo, and Pearson, along with a background in behavioral science.
