Isabella Holm

Isabella Holm is the current Strategy Director at Work & Co. Prior to this, they worked as the Strategy Director at Reaktor from September 2017 to October 2020. Isabella has also worked as Development Manager at Finnish Society on Media Education from January 2014 to September 2017, and as a Researcher at University of Tampere, University of Helsinki from August 2011 to December 2013.

Isabella has a background in human insights and designing digital services with impact. Isabella is particularly fond of bringing insights into hands-on design processes - incorporating them into successful business strategies. Her special areas of interest include digital stewardship, transformational business development, value creation in digital and social impact.

They are on a team with Dustin Rush - Technology Director, Milos Pavlićević - Technology Director, and Felipe Medina - Technology Director. Isabella Holm reports to Jenny Hirsch, Managing Director, Brooklyn.
