Laura Rafferty

Laura Rafferty is an experienced professional in project management and business strategy, currently serving as Managing Partner at both Work Now Staffing and Yachties International since 2020 and 2019, respectively. Laura previously held the position of President at L.J.R. Technology Consultants, Inc. for two decades, and has contributed to notable companies including Pharmacyclics, AbbVie, Johnson & Johnson, and Hospira, where Laura focused on establishing PMOs, developing strategic roadmaps, and leading integrations for large-scale mergers.
