Heather Alvis is the Founder of Electra Network, a Network for Solar Panel Recycling, aimed at starting in the USA. Heather is also a member of Voltage Vixens at Wildgrid, a program focused on home electrification and renewable energy. In addition, Heather works as an Operations Specialist at Work on Climate and Director of Operations at Growing To Give. Previously, Heather served as an Operations Specialist at Renew Solar LLC and Aquagga Inc. Heather also worked as a Fractional V.P. of Operations at 0x18, Director of Product QA & Operations at SupraOracles, and Senior Director of Product Management & Operations at DARREN HARDY, LLC. With a background in science education and bioresource research, Heather brings a unique skill set to their roles in the climate tech industry.
