Chessa Smith

Chessa Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career services and program management. As the Director of Career Services at Work Opportunities Unlimited since October 2017, Chessa Smith has supported team members and individuals with disabilities or other employment barriers by developing career goals, preparing for job searches, and providing coaching. Previously, Chessa Smith held leadership positions at YMCA Camp Fuller from March 2015 to January 2017, including Operations Director and Senior Program Director, and served as the Director of Marketing and Community Development at YMCA Camp Letts from November 2005 to February 2015. Chessa Smith is an alumnus of the University of Maryland.
