Mathilde Coste has a diverse range of work experience. Mathilde is currently working as a Fractional CFO at Work Truck Solutions. Prior to this, they were the founder of MHC-Advisors LLC, providing CFO services. Mathilde has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, having served as a Managing Director at Golden Seeds and as a CFO at AdaCore, where they oversaw all aspects of finance and played a key role in the company's growth. Additionally, Mathilde has held CFO and COO positions at LR Paris and Videodesk, respectively. Earlier in their career, they founded CANTABILE concerts and worked as a Research Analyst at MINES ParisTech, CERNA lab. Mathilde also has experience in strategy consulting as an Associate at Strategy&. Mathilde's expertise spans various industries, including B2B software, branded products, SaaS technology, and strategy consulting.

Mathilde Coste completed their Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from Sciences Po, which they pursued from 1989 to 1991. Mathilde also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Politics, and International Relations from Sciences Po, which they received from 1986 to 1989.
