Matthew Hudson, PhD, currently serves as CXO at Work Wear Safety, where expertise in managing safety footwear programs is applied. In addition to this role, Matthew co-founded and chairs Layla Rose Ranch Horse Rescue, dedicated to safeguarding horses. Previous leadership positions include President at RICK SEGEL & ASSOCIATES LLC, where Matthew specialized in cultural expertise and sales training, and Editor at The Balance, the world's highest traffic retail website. Matthew has held significant roles in various organizations, including Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Balcones Resources and Chief Marketing Officer at Energetic Solutions. Matthew's entrepreneurial experience includes founding and growing the Big Feet Store. With a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University and a background in training and development from Texas A&M University, Matthew has played advisory roles in education at the University of North Texas.
