Jacqueline Connaughton

Jacqueline Connaughton has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Jacqueline began their career as a PHD Student at the Macfarlane Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health (Burnet Institute) in 2015. In 2016, they joined M&T Resources as an Account Manager, where they helped leading organisations achieve technology and business success through innovative talent engagement, attraction and retention. In 2017, they became a School Liasion Team 2IC (Volunteer) at Go Girl, Go for IT - Vic ICT for Women, introducing girls to IT and the career possibilities early. In 2018, they became an Associate Board Member - MentorJacqueline at Vic ICT For Women, championing the cause and increasing the awareness of IT career opportunities for Women across all sectors. That same year, they joined Greyscan as a Manager - Logistics & Distribution Support and Project Manager. Finally, in 2019, they returned to M&T Resources as an Account Manager and, in 2021, they joined WORK180 as a DEI Account Manager.

Jacqueline Connaughton has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from RMIT University in the field of Virology, obtained in 2019. Jacqueline also has a Bachelor of Biological Science Honours from La Trobe University in the field of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, obtained in 2014. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Biological Science (Hons) certification.
