Sophie Connelly has worked in a variety of marketing roles since 2015. Sophie began their career as a Marketing Intern at Opportunity Marketing, where they developed their skills in content marketing and copywriting. In 2015, they moved to Lights4fun as a Marketing Content Executive, where they managed the company's Pinterest and Storify accounts and wrote product descriptions, blog pieces, product instructions and web copy. In 2016, they joined 100% Effective Ltd as an Assistant Marketing Manager and Copywriter/Content Marketer. Here, they supported the marketing manager in all aspects of the department and managed the company's PPC campaigns. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at TrustedHousesitters as a Campaign Manager and Copywriter. In 2020, they joined WORK180 as a Senior Acquisition & Engagement Manager, Brand Marketing Team Lead, and Brand and Content Manager. Sophie also worked as a Copywriter.
Sophie Connelly attended Newcastle University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. Prior to that, they attended Scarborough College from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma and GCSEs. In addition, they have obtained certifications from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) in 2019 and from 100% Effective Ltd in 2016.
