Kelly Paterson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Business Development Associate at CEB, where they gained sales skills through cold calling and setting up meetings with top FTSE 100 companies. In 2014, they founded Zest Food before joining Wilton & Bain as an Associate for a short period. From 2015 to 2016, Kelly worked at Huxley Banking & Financial Services as a FinTech Headhunter, focusing on partnering with innovative Fintechs and digital disrupters. Kelly also collaborated with tech teams using both OO languages and OpenSource/Functional languages. In 2017, they became a Client Executive at talent.io, connecting software engineers with innovative tech companies in Europe. Kelly completed their A' Levels at Darrick Wood School from 2008 to 2010, with a focus on Physical Education, Psychology, and Biology. Kelly received their GCSE's from Hockerill Anglo-European College between 2003 and 2008.
