Ashen Wagachchi

Ashen Wagachchi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Ashen interned at Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for the administration and coordination of a prestigious training project. They completed the internship with a distinction.

In 2014, Ashen joined NCS Group as a Project Executive, overseeing Government Bulk Tender projects and acting as a single point of contact for over 20 Top Government accounts. They were recognized with a Customer Care Award for their outstanding client handling skills.

From 2017 to 2019, Ashen worked as an Enterprise Client Manager at Radiance Communications Pte Ltd.

In 2019, Ashen transitioned to SoftwareONE as an Account Manager and later progressed to the roles of Senior Account Manager and Key Account Manager. As a part of the Enterprise Sales division, they collaborated with large to mid-size customers, facilitating their Commercial, Technological, and Digital Transformations. Ashen achieved high target attainment for FY 2021.

Most recently, in 2022, Ashen joined Workato asan Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Asia region.

Ashen Wagachchi's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Royal College Colombo and obtained a GCE A/L degree in Mathematics, completing their studies in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Ashen Wagachchi studied at Republic Polytechnic, where they pursued a Diploma in Civil Aviation with a focus on Aviation Business Management. Afterward, from 2015 to 2018, they attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In 2021, Ashen Wagachchi enrolled in the University of Adelaide to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. They are expected to complete their studies in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Ashen Wagachchi has obtained multiple certifications in various fields. In 2018, they obtained the "Insight Selling" certification from Microsoft. In 2019, they earned the "CLD277x: Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist" certification and received sales certifications for both "Microsoft Voice Endpoints" and "Polycom RealPresence Video Endpoints." In the same year, they also acquired the "Azure SMART Seller" certification from CONSALTA. In 2020, Ashen Wagachchi obtained both the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certifications. Additionally, they have received the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF)" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, in 2023, Ashen Wagachchi obtained the "Automation Pro II Certificate" from Workato, building upon their previous "Automation Pro I Certificate" earned in 2022.
