Ben Israelite

Ben Israelite has an extensive work experience in strategic alliances and business development. Ben currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Strategic Alliances at Workato, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategic Alliances at Workato, starting in October 2021. Before joining Workato, Ben worked at Okta, Inc. for four years, serving as Sr. Manager, Strategic Alliances from August 2017 to October 2021. Ben also worked as the Director of Business Development at Nutonian from June 2015 to May 2017. In 2014, they interned at Okta, Inc. as a Business Development Intern. Ben started their career as an EIR at Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from May 2012 to September 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Castile Ventures as the Manager of Investor Relations (2010-2012) and Operations Analyst (2009-2010). Ben also served as an Investor Relations and Financial Analyst at Atlas Venture from September 2006 to August 2009.

Ben Israelite completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Ben attended this institution from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their academic degrees, Ben also obtained certification as an Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc. in January 2021.
