Jon Dart

Jon Dart has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies. Jon worked at Workato as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) starting in 2017. Prior to that, they were an Independent Consultant at JAD Software Services from 2011 to 2017. At VMware from 2008 to 2011, Jon held roles as a consultant and Staff MTS, where they focused on security architecture and development for the company's cloud management product. Jon worked as a Platform Architect at Oracle from 2003 to 2008, where they were responsible for reviewing product feature sets and designs and resolving architectural issues. Jon also worked at TIBCO Software as an Architect from 1995 to 2003, where they held various software development and team lead roles and served on several Java Expert Groups and Web service working groups. Jon began their career as a software developer at Rational Software from 1992 to 1995 and at TeleSoft from 1988 to 1992.

Jon Dart completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering at Caltech from 1973 to 1978. Following this, they pursued a Ph.D. from UC San Diego, where the specific field of study is not provided, from 1978 to 1985.
