Nika Bersudskaya

Nika Bersudskaya has a diverse work experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as an HR Generalist in the fashion retail industry. Nika then moved on to work in HR BP positions in production companies, focusing on optimizing business processes and staffing, developing methodological materials, conducting training, and implementing performance assessment systems. From 2012 to 2013, they served as an HR BP at Enforta. In their role at Production from 2011 to 2012, they continued their HR responsibilities. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an HR BP in the production and sale of goods for animals, where they focused on optimizing business processes, developing training materials, and conducting annual personnel training. Nika then transitioned to a role as an HR BP at Sytem Energy, where they built HR processes from scratch, raised a team of over 90 employees, implemented engagement assessments, and suggested changes to the organizational structure. From 2018 to 2020, they worked remotely in recruitment. In 2020, they became a Technical Sourcer at Akvelon, Inc., where they attracted top talent for various tech positions. Nika then moved on to a Technical Sourcer role at Wrike in 2020, where they utilized advanced search techniques and Boolean queries to source candidates from different platforms. In 2021, they became a Technical Sourcer EMEA at Citrix before joining Workato as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the same year.

Nika Bersudskaya completed their Specialist degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management, General Direction from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. In 2011, they briefly studied at Saint Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Social Work as a Training Manager, although they did not obtain a specific degree there.

In terms of additional certifications, Nika obtained an Expert Sourcing Badge from SocialTalent in June 2021. In March 2021, they received a certification in Copywriting for HR from School MARHR. Additionally, in October 2020, they became a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional through Sourcing Training and Certifications.
