Ravindra Jain

Ravindra Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ravindra is currently working as the Business Lead for Managed Service Providers/GSI/Consultancies at Workato since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Business Lead for GSI/BPO at ABBYY from June 2021 to May 2022. From September 2020 to May 2022, Ravindra held the position of VP of Sales at S2T Unlocking Cyberspace - AI-Powered Investigations, WEBINT, OSINT, FUSION.

Before that, they worked as the Sales Director for South Asia & Middle East at Cobwebs Technologies from March 2019 to June 2020. Ravindra also had a long tenure at NICE Ltd starting from July 2007, where they held various roles including Analytics Business Lead for South Asia & Middle East, Practice Leader for Analytics (APAC), National Account Manager (India), Solutions Consultant for Analytics, RPA, QM, Customer Experience Management, Contact Center (APAC), and Sr. Business Consultant for Analytics, RPA, QM (APAC).

Prior to NICE Ltd, Ravindra gained experience at iEnergizer as part of the Training and Quality Management team from January 2005 to June 2007. Ravindra also worked in Business Development roles at IGATE from 2002 to 2004 and at Honeywell from April 2001 to 2002.

Ravindra Jain completed the Advanced Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. The specific start and end years for this program are not provided. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which they attended from 1998 to 2001.
