Sean T Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they served as a US Army Linguist for four years. Following their military service, Sean worked as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Vero Beach School from 2008 to 2010. Sean T then joined Prism Hotels & Resorts as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator from 2010 to 2014.
In 2014, Sean became the Chief Administrative Officer at RVspotfinder.com, where they played a key role in designing a system to meet the RV industry's need for affordable live inventory. Sean T then transitioned to Homecare Homebase as a Sales and Marketing Operations specialist from 2016 to 2017.
Sean joined Workiva in 2017 as a Sales Operations Analyst, responsible for reporting, analytics, forecasting, and insights. Sean T later took on the role of Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, contributing to the development and deployment of sales compensation strategies globally until 2021.
Currently, Sean is the GTM Compensation Manager at Workato, where they drive operational process improvements in compensation quota management, plan administration, and scalability. Sean T collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure proper compensation metrics and effective sales compensation programs are in place.
From 2003 to 2007, Sean T Simpson attended Indian River State College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Elementary Education with a specialization in ESL.
