Soyer Cole, CSM® CSPO®, currently serves as a Professional Services Delivery Manager at Workato since February 2024. Prior to this role, Soyer held various leadership positions at Thought Industries from January 2021 to February 2024, including Senior Director of Professional Services & Implementation, Senior Director of Support Operations, Director of Project Management, and Technical Project Manager. Soyer's experience also includes serving as the Director of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Management at DelMar Aerospace Corporation from July 2020 to September 2021. From October 2010 to October 2020, Soyer was with the US Army, working as an All-Source Intelligence officer and an Unmanned Aircraft System Operator/Instructor.
