Carlos Quaderi

Carlos Quaderi currently serves as the Group Vice President of Global Services for Asia Pacific and Japan at Workday, where responsibilities include leading and transforming the Global Services organization to support strategic growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Carlos was Head of Enterprise for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing a significant business segment and achieving substantial revenue growth. Additional roles at AWS included leading Strategic Partnerships, focusing on high-value collaborations. Carlos's experience at Microsoft involved leading the Enterprise go-to-market team for APAC and transforming service operations under a cloud-first strategy. Earlier career positions included leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Sun Microsystems, complemented by educational experience as a guest instructor at NUS Business School. Carlos holds a degree from the Manchester College of Arts & Technology.
