Catherine Edgerton

Catherine Edgerton is an experienced professional in advisory consulting and human resources information systems (HRIS), currently serving as Manager and Principal Advisory Consultant at Workday since September 2018. In this role, Catherine architects projects that optimize Workday applications for customers, conducts discovery activities, and leads design meetings while delivering enablement programs. Prior to Workday, Catherine worked at Cummins Inc. for over two decades in various HRIS roles, including Senior HRIS Manager, where responsibilities included managing GDPR compliance, developing data privacy processes, and overseeing global technology teams. Catherine's career began at CMC as an HR Coordinator, following a degree in Urban Studies and Political Science from Rhodes College.
