Jay Fassbender

Jay Fassbender has over a decade of experience in payroll and human resources solutions, currently serving as Director of Solutions Enablement at Workday since August 2010, focusing on the implementation of Workday's Payroll module. Previous roles at Workday include Payroll Deployment Director, Payroll Deployment Architect, Payroll Consulting Manager, and Payroll Senior Consultant. Prior to Workday, Jay worked at Accenture as Time & Labor Lead, where implementation for VDOT took place. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Macy's and Summit Technologies, as well as leading functional upgrades at Pinnacle Foods Corporation. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
