Jennifer Zimmer has extensive experience in Customer Success, currently serving as Manager for Strategic Accounts in the Central South region and previously as Manager for Large Enterprise customers within Workday's Business Planning Business Unit. Jennifer's leadership in Customer Success has resulted in an impressive average net retention of 116%. In addition to these roles, Jennifer co-founded Babynetic® in April 2022 and held various positions at MomentFeed, Duo Security, Sprinklr, Meltwater Group, and Main Street Hub, focusing on key account management across multiple industries. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University. Jennifer is also an active member of the Women @ Workday Virtual Chapter Leadership Team.
