Jennifer Serrato

Jennifer Serrato is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and technology management. Since joining Workday in October 2014, Jennifer has held several leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer for the Platform and Vice President of Software Engineering. Prior to Workday, Jennifer worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from January 2002 to October 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager. Jennifer began her career as a Financial Analyst at Group 1 Automotive. Educational credentials include an MBA in Technology Management and Strategy from the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, and a BBA in Management of Information Systems and Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from UNM Anderson School of Management.
