John Wong

John Wong is currently the Vice President of Finance at Workday. Prior to joining Workday, John Wong served as the Director of Finance at Gilead Sciences from April 2016 to July 2017. John Wong began their finance career at Symantec in January 2001 as a Finance Manager FP&A and eventually became the Sr Director of Finance at VMware from November 2007 to April 2016.

John Wong has an MBA from San Francisco State University and a BCS in finance from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.

John Wong reports to Robynne Sisco, Co-President. John Wong works with John Bruno - VP, Global Real Estate, the Workplace and Safety, Rich Sauer - Chief Legal Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs, and Folia Grace - VP, Integrated Marketing Strategy, Office of the CFO Solutions.
