Kathleen Rardon is the Senior Director of Real Estate & Workplace at Workday. Kathleen has over 7 years of experience in coordinating events, managing payroll and employee relations, and handling customer questions and issues. Prior to joining Workday, Kathleen was an Event Coordinator at Elliston Vineyards and an Office Coordinator at Ultimate Staffing. In their current role, Kathleen is responsible for overseeing Workday's real estate portfolio and workplace strategy globally.
