Kathryn Hoefs McTighe

Kathryn Hoefs McTighe is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in executive communications, strategic initiatives, and learning development within leading technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at Workday, Kathryn leads the Marketing Learning & Development efforts and heads strategic and transformational initiatives. Previously, Kathryn held multiple key positions at Cisco from 1998 to 2021, including Director of the Communications Resource Center, where efforts greatly improved operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the organization. An early career at 3Com Corporation and Radius Inc. laid the foundation for a robust background in marketing and operations. Kathryn earned a BS in Political Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley.
