Kirsten Petrich

Kirsten Petrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. Advisory Consultant for Workday Success Plans at Workday since April 2017, Kirsten has previously held roles such as Sr. Workday Consultant in Change Management and HCM Consultant. Prior to Workday, Kirsten spent over 12 years at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where roles included Manager of Talent Systems & Integration and Learning Technology Manager. Kirsten's expertise encompasses global implementations and functional support for learning and performance management platforms, including Saba Cloud and Cornerstone OnDemand. Kirsten earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from Calvin University in 2005.
