Nina Strachan

Nina Strachan is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in front-end development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Workday since June 2023, Nina previously held similar roles at LaunchDarkly, where significant contributions were made to UX initiatives, and at Lob, where leadership was shown in redesigning consumer dashboards. Earlier experience includes senior engineering positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in design systems and UX frameworks, as well as roles at Gemnote and Westfield Labs, focusing on operational efficiency and web application development. Nina's technical journey began with training at Dev Bootcamp, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Biology Emphasis from the University of California, Davis.
