Purnima Krishnamurthy

Purnima Krishnamurthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning experience design and instructional strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Experience Design at Workday since October 2021, Purnima is also an instructor at UCSC Extension Silicon Valley, teaching courses on Learning Experience and Design. Purnima has held key roles including Senior Learning Strategist at eBay, Head of Training Development at Blue Coat Systems, and Global Leader at PayPal, where significant contributions were made towards digital learning strategies and data education initiatives. Purnima's career includes over two decades in training and development, with an educational background that encompasses a Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz, an MBA from the All India Management Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
