Shane Luke

Shane Luke is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading product and engineering teams, particularly in the fields of AI and machine learning. Currently serving as the VP Product and Engineering, Head of AI & Machine Learning at Workday since 2019, Shane oversees the application of machine intelligence for a rapidly growing customer base. Prior roles include Global Head of AI and Machine Learning at Nike, Founder and CEO of BlueMesh, and Chief Product Officer at Recon Instruments, where Shane led product strategy for wearable computing. With earlier experience at Electronic Arts in various management roles and a foundation in investment and technology consultancy, Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Cognitive Science from Simon Fraser University.
