Siyana Miranda is a professional with a diverse background in customer success, graphic design, and business management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Customer Success Manager at Peakon, a Workday company, since July 2021, Siyana has gained extensive experience in managing customer relations and employee engagement platforms. Previously, Siyana worked as a Customer Experience Community Manager at Freshly, overseeing internal communications for a large department and launching initiatives to enhance employee engagement. As a co-founder of Revemerch, Siyana developed the company's site and business strategy. Siyana's design expertise includes roles at GADI CREATIVE INC, where multiple projects for The Walt Disney Studios and other clients were managed, and early positions as a Graphic Design Intern and Designer. Siyana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Oral Roberts University and has further educational experience from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
