Virginia Ann Sandor

Virginia Ann Sandor has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Legal Director and Associate General Counsel at Workday since January 2016, following roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Legal Counsel. Prior to Workday, Virginia held various positions at Sirius XM Radio Inc., including Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Vice President, Sr. Counsel from November 2005 to September 2015. Virginia's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Of Counsel at multiple firms including Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Shaw Pittman LLP, and as an Associate at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. Virginia's career began as District Distribution Manager at Harris Semiconductor. Virginia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
