Wilma Van Dyk is a seasoned analytics and data strategy professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Analytics Strategy Consultant at Workday since January 2021, Wilma has led strategic analytics engagements for a diverse range of clients. At Wells Fargo, roles have included Data Strategy Leader and Human Capital Analytics Lead, with a focus on HR data solutions. Previous experience includes consulting positions at Slalom Consulting and InfoJewel Design Solutions, as well as data architecture leadership roles at Netflix and Google.
