Dallas R. has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Dallas is the Founder & Principal Partner of Cornerstone Business Advisors, a management consulting firm. Dallas has also served as the Founder of Homecare United and as an Investor, Advocate, and Co-Founder of Performance Culture, a web-based performance management system. Dallas has authored a book titled "Performance Culture: Drive Profits & Create a Great Workplace." Dallas has also worked as a Board Facilitator for The Alternative Board, an Executive Fund Director for IMAF Cape Fear Angel Fund, and as a Business Development Executive for IBM Global Services. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant for Accenture, in HR for Synovus, and as a Human Resource Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Dallas R. obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, studying from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Dallas completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, attending from 1989 to 1994. In addition to these formal qualifications, Dallas also obtained a North Carolina Real Estate License from the NC Real Estate Commission in February 2023.
