Jessie Maglio

Jessie Maglio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Customer Success Manager at WorkDove, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Plasma Games, where they held two roles - Customer Success Lead from July 2021 to February 2023 and Curriculum and Integration Specialist from June 2021 to August 2021. Before joining Plasma Games, Jessie worked as a Middle Grades Math & Science Teacher at the Wake County Public School System from June 2017 to June 2021. They also served as a Middle Grades Math Teacher at Greene County Middle School from December 2016 to June 2017.

Jessie Maglio attended East Carolina University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades Education with a focus on Math & Science. In addition to their formal education, Jessie also obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they received the Service Hub Software Certification from HubSpot. They later achieved two certifications from Intercom in April 2023, namely "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" and "Set up Intercom for your business."
