Head of Customer Success at Workera

Alizée Acenova has been in the customer success field for over three years. Alizée started at Udacity as the Director of Customer Success - Enterprise. There, they partnered with Fortune 500 companies on their digital transformation and upskilling efforts. Within one year, they built out the customer success team from one to six customer success managers (CSMs). The team had a 130% retention rate.

In 2018, Alizée moved to Jobvite as the Director of Customer Success - Mid Market & Enterprise. There, they led a team of eight CSMs and partnered with the account management and sales teams for renewal, upsell, and cross-sell. After an acquisition, Alizée successfully redefined the CSM role and responsibilities and created a team of strategic CSMs.

Currently, Alizée is the Head of Customer Success at Workera.

Alizée Acenova has a Master's Degree in Master 2 - International Management from IEMN-IAE. Alizée also has a DUT in Year 1 and 2 - Sales & Marketing from Université de Rennes I. Additionally, they have certification from Force Management in Command of the Message and Command of the Sale, as well as from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional - PMP. Finally, they have certification from Dale Carnegie Training in High impact presentation.
