Michelle Rousseau

Michelle Rousseau, SHRM-SCP, SWP, currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Planning at Workers Credit Union since December 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership positions at Westerra Credit Union, including Vice President of Organization Effectiveness and Vice President of Talent Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing organizational agility and developing recruitment strategies. Earlier career experiences include HR leadership roles at Elevations Credit Union, Kyrio & CableLabs, and CableLabs, among others, with a focus on culture development and talent management. Michelle's academic background includes a degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and ongoing studies in Human Resources Management at New York University and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
