Ritu Ashar

Ritu Ashar has worked in various roles across multiple companies over the past two decades. In 2000, they began their career at NIIT Limited as a Technical Manager, where they were trained in Java. In 2003, they joined Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) as a Consultant. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at SQL Star International as Manager - Java Competency, creating solutions for better learning and designing Java-based web applications for in-house and client use. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at TalentSprint in various roles, including Associate Director - Business Development and Delivery, Associate Director - Delivery, Sr. Manager - Delivery, and Principal Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded Workfall, where they currently serve as the Chief Learning Officer.

Ritu Ashar received their 12th degree from Shree Kadvibai Virani Kanya Vidhyalay Rajkot between 1995 and 1997. In 1998, they began studying for a BTech in Computers at Software Engineering Jobs, which they completed in 2001. Ritu has also obtained several certifications, including the Ultimate AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate 2020 from Udemy in July 2020, the AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2020, and the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer I (OCP) from Oracle.
