Wip-C Portia Williams

Portia Williams, WIP-C, currently serves as the Regional Disability Resource Coordinator/TTW at Workforce Essentials, Inc., where the focus is on assisting qualified Social Security disability recipients in achieving and maintaining employment through the ticket to work program. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager III at the Tennessee Department of Children's Services, where case management and assessments for child welfare were key responsibilities. Previous roles also include serving as a Systems Navigator for the Exceptional Family Member Program at Magellan Health, where family care plans were developed and evaluated, and as a Work/Life Specialist in the United States Air Force, addressing the needs of transitioning service members. Portia holds a Master's degree in Human Services with a focus on Organizational and Social Services from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Memphis.
