Charles Agge

Charles Agge has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner and Human Resources Consultant at Workforce Group since August 2010. Expertise includes talent sourcing and screening, employee care and relations, executive search, talent assessments, background checks, and human resources business process outsourcing, alongside learning and development initiatives. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Field Human Resources Officer at Hanovia Limited in Abuja from August 2009 to July 2010, focusing on facilities utilization, infrastructural assessments, manpower audits, training assessments, and community service delivery surveys. Charles Agge holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Benin and a Bachelor Degree in Theology from Pontifical Gregorian University.
