Oxana Zakharycheva

Oxana joined the WOS team in April 2016. Her responsibilities include different aspects of Human resources and Finance. She started her professional career in Russia as a psychologist. Later, she went on to accumulate years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources and Business Training. She has more than 10 years as a training designer and developer of end-product HR and Organizational development learning solutions in diverse and complex organizations. Oxana holds Master's and Bachelors's degrees in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
