Ashleigh Fernandez

Ashleigh Fernandez currently serves as Manager in the Strategy, Resource and Policy Division at Workforce Singapore since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Manager in the Industry Development Division 1 at SkillsFuture SG from June 2021 to January 2023. Prior roles include a brief tenure as Leads and Performance Operations Marketing Division at Workforce Singapore, as well as experience in skills engagement at SkillsFuture SG and as a Teaching Assistant at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Ashleigh's early career includes a research and development role at Marriott International, where notable achievements included leading a training project and contributing to an award-winning retention program.
