Seng Fong Ow

Seng Fong Ow has vast experience in various HR roles in companies such as Cisco Systems, Agilent Technologies, and Apple Computer. Currently, Seng Fong is the Director of Corporate Development at Singapore Workforce Development Agency, managing the HR function of a medium-sized statutory board in the public service. Seng Fong holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university.
