Cassondra Yi

Cassondra Yi has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Cassondra currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Service Delivery at Workforce Snohomish since February 2023. Previously, they served as the Regional Director at Volunteers of America Western Washington from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before that, Cassondra worked at PROVAIL, where they held various roles. As the Program Manager of Transition Services from August 2018 to June 2021, they led a team in helping students with disabilities find employment opportunities. As a Transition Specialist from November 2015 to August 2018, they partnered with school districts to prepare students with developmental delays for employment. Additionally, they briefly served as an Employment Consultant in June 2015.

In the earlier years of their career, Cassondra worked as a Server and Beertender at Elliot Bay Brewing Company from March 2012 to June 2015. Prior to that, they had a diverse role as an Executive Director, Facebook Admin, and Human Resources personnel at Generation 4 Justice from December 2010 to June 2012.

Cassondra also gained experience as a Front Desk Supervisor at Woodmark Hotel Yacht Club & Spa from June 2011 to March 2012 and as a FOH Manager at Dukes Chowder House from April 2010 to June 2011. Additionally, they served as a FOH Manager at Blue C Sushi from August 2008 to May 2010.

Cassondra started their career as a Front Desk Supervisor at Springhill Suites by Marriott Seattle, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2006 to an unspecified date in 2008.

Cassondra Yi attended Washington State University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Hospitality. Cassondra then pursued an Associates degree in General Studies from Cascadia Community College from 2007 to 2010. Later, Cassondra enrolled at the University of Washington and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Community Psychology from 2013 to 2015. In September 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP™) from CESP™.
