Director Of Service Delivery at Workforce Snohomish

Mary Houston has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Writing Consultant at the University of Washington Writing Center. Mary then worked as a Service Delivery Intern for the Council of Snohomish County in 2009. From 2005 to 2010, Mary served as a Program Manager at PACE Staffing Network, where they managed service delivery, vendor partnerships, and client relationships. In 2010, Mary became the Enterprise Developer at HopeWorks Social Enterprises, responsible for developing new social business enterprises. Mary later transitioned to the role of Director of Enterprise Development, overseeing daily operations and providing workshops and consultations on social enterprise development. Currently, Mary is the Director of Service Delivery at Workforce Snohomish, where they manage funding streams and programming for workforce development in Snohomish County, leading a cooperative community process. Mary is also the lead writer for the Snohomish County Local Workforce Development Area Plan 2016-2020.

Mary Houston attended the University of Washington from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. During the same period, they also pursued a Masters degree in Policy Studies from the University of Washington.
