Kathleen Gawronski has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Kathleen started their career at MSX International in 1990, where they worked in roles such as Systems Engineer, Manager Systems Engineering, and Director Information Systems Planning. Kathleen later became the Director of Information Technology and Vice President/Director of Business Solutions and Account Management. Kathleen then joined Applied Consulting Group Inc. as the Owner before moving on to IHS Automotive (Now S&P Global) as the Director of Analytical and Advisory Services. Kathleen continued their career at Cengage Learning as the Director of Marketing Programs and at Blue Green Interactive as the Principal. Kathleen also worked at GrowthSpace as an Executive Coach and currently holds the position of VP Value Engineering and Customer Success at WorkForce Software. Kathleen has an extensive background in value consulting, program establishment, marketing, and business development.

Kathleen Gawronski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. Kathleen further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from the University of Wales, Cardiff. In addition to their degrees, Kathleen has obtained a certification in "Selling with Stories, Part 1: What Makes a Great Story?" from LinkedIn.
