Ryan Marino has extensive work experience in various roles.

Ryan started their career as a CAD Operator at Jensen Industries, Inc. in 1998, and later worked as a CAD Designer/Detailer at NLB Corporation in 2000.

In 2001, they worked as a Senior Sales Associate at both Discount Computer, Inc. and Canton Computers.

From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Senior Sales Representative at Computerize, Inc.

In 2006, they joined The Harvard Drug Group as a Support Technician/Web Support: Level II.

In 2012, they became a Support Technician at Tri-County Wellness, Inc., providing IT support to a medical office.

Ryan also worked at Platinum Computers, LLC from 1998 as the Owner/CEO, and provided a range of services such as sales, training, web design, and hardware upgrades.

From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Director of Alumni Relations at Redford Union High School Alumni Association, where they managed the alumni website and assisted with reunion promotions.

Since 2013, they have been working at WorkForce Software, initially as a Service Desk Administrator, then as a Senior Service Desk Administrator, and currently as a Team Lead in Service Desk Operations. In these roles, they have provided global end user support, managed IT projects, implemented policies, and conducted audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

Throughout their career, Ryan Marino has demonstrated leadership, customer service, and technical skills, making him a valuable asset in the field of IT.

Ryan Marino has a background in Information Technology. Ryan completed self-study in 2009 and 2010, earning CompTIA Certifications. In addition, they attended ITT Technical Institute from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in CAD/CAM. Ryan also holds additional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA A+ (Depot Technician).
