Shy'Ron Howard

Shy'Ron Howard is an experienced professional currently serving as a Student HireAbility Navigator at Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas since May 2018, focusing on improving employment access for students with disabilities. Previously, Shy'Ron held the position of Rapid Response Coordinator, assisting dislocated workers in finding new employment opportunities. Prior experiences include working as an Employment Consultant at Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, where Shy'Ron supported the disabled community, and serving as a Community Assistant at The Habitat Company, where coordination of community programs was a key responsibility. Additionally, Shy'Ron gained experience as a Social Media Intern for the Oklahoma Recreation and Park Society and as an Assistant at Langston University, contributing to athletic and recreational programs. Shy'Ron holds a degree from Langston University, completed in May 2016.
