Morgan Armstrong

Morgan Armstrong is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as a Child Care Quality Specialist at Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County since March 2022. Previously, Morgan worked as a Child Care Quality Program Supervisor at the North Central Texas Council of Governments from July 2014 to April 2022 and held the position of Assistant Director at Building Blocks Child Development Center from August 2012 to June 2014. Morgan also served as Center Director at Northwest Arkansas Head Start from August 2009 to August 2012 and as Shift Supervisor at Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter from September 2005 to September 2007.
