Marilyn Bostick possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare and community services. Currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Resources and Pastoral Care at Banner - University Medical Center since October 2016, Bostick previously held significant positions including Senior Talent Development Facilitator at Texas Work Force Solutions Greater Dallas, where complex training and job readiness support were provided. Additionally, roles included Senior Director of Volunteer Services at Seton Family of Hospitals, City of Austin Community Liaison, and Consultant for the Austin Area Urban League. Bostick's background in training and development began at Southwestern Bell Telecommunications. Academic achievements include a Master in Theology focused on program development and chaplaincy from Regent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Oklahoma State University.
